Thanks so much for a wonderful year! My aunt and I could not have survived without your patience, assistance and support in 2019. We are looking forward to working with you in 2020. We are starting to receive lots of documents. The annual bill has arrived from the housing authority. I will try to pay it online this year and I will print the RSO certificates. I think you completed the annual rent registry last year. Will you complete it this year or can you assist me with completing those forms? I think this is the form that allows landlords to raise the rent? Is there anything else I need to handle at this time of year?
So happy we have all units rented. Please forward me copies of the lease agreement for our new tenant. Also we would like to concentrate on the 62nd property. Can you do an inspection to see if everything is okay? Since this property is totally section 8, we don't want any surprises. The re-exam dates for Boyce-9/1/20, Holland-11-01-20 and Lewis-5/01/20.
Also, please check the roof on the front unit 121 94th. I think the roofer stated it was okay last year but would need repair this year. We don’t want our new tenant dealing with a leak.
