WHAT IS THE INGLEWOOD RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION?

The Inglewood Rental Property Owners Association (IRPOA) is an organization geared to promoting safe and decent rental housing throughout the City of Inglewood, promoting the housing industry, and to preserving private property rights.
The objective of the IRPOA is . . .

  • To promote and encourage membership in the Inglewood Rental Property Owners Association of owners and operators of rental housing throughout the City of Inglewood.
  • To provide information on new and proposed legislation that effects the operation of rental property throughout the City of Inglewood.
  • To provide education as well as to be a resource for owners of rental properties throughout the City that will enhance the quality of life for residents of rental property in the City.
  • To work with local elected officials and employees of the City of Inglewood to promote professionalism in the housing industry and to keep them aware of issues that are important to those that provide rental housing.

24/7 emergency service is always available, even on holidays. In case of a life-threatening emergency call 911. In case of a property emergency; such as a burst pipe, power outages, or fire, call the Utility Company first to inspect the issue and confirm whether it is an issue the utility company or property management will need to resolve. If there is an emergency after business hours, please contact the emergency phone number provided. Examples of emergencies (broken water main line, busted water heaters, overflowing of water, light fixture smoking, etc). If the nature of your call is not an emergency, you will be responsible for the bill in the amount of $25.00. Please do not use email or any online forms for emergencies!
